Regional CDL A Driver - $600 Per Run
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support regional operations out of Nashville, TN. This is a long-term FLEX assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
CDL A Driver Details
Schedule:
- Driver 1: Monday & Wednesday
- Driver 2: Tuesday & Friday
Pay: $600 per trip
Route Type: Overnight runs
Freight / Load Type: Auto parts
Handling: No-touch freight
Run Details:
- Approximately 920 miles per trip
- Out one night at a time
- Dedicated route between Tennessee and Missouri
Equipment:
- Automatic trucks
- Manual backup trucks are used as needed
- No automatic transmission restriction permitted
CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable Class A driving experience
- Electronic logging device (ELD) experience required
- No automatic transmission restriction
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment on assigned routes
- Transport auto parts in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
