TransForce is hiring CDL A Yard Hostlers for a steady full-time opportunity. This is a great position for drivers looking for consistent work, a stable schedule, and the opportunity to gain hostling experience in a low-volume yard environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $30 per hour
- Monday through Friday
- Start time: 4:30 AM
- Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
- Additional hours available during busy periods
Position Details
- Low-volume yard operation
- Moving approximately 1–2 trucks per hour
- Yard hostling and trailer movement
- Assist with general yard duties and support outside of the truck when needed
- Steady work environment with consistent scheduling
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- No previous hostler experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced yard environment
- Must meet all DOT and company requirements
- Strong attendance and safety mindset preferred
