Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Bear Creek Senior Living, you’ll be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. Your duties will include:
- Evaluating residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using standardized assessments
- Developing and executing individualized care plans that address mobility, self-care, and daily functioning
- Educating residents and caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment, techniques, and home programs
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory and company standards
- Consulting on facility modifications and ergonomics to enhance accessibility and safety
- Supervising and collaborating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as applicable
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current registration with NBCOT and licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Colorado
- Minimum one year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with adaptive tools, splinting, positioning, and environmental design considerations

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this position is $45.00 and 52.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
