What You Will Do:
- Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule
- This crew is not installing foundations or formwork.
- Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
- Building Layout & Elevations
- Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout
- Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware
- Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls and columns
- Pump, place and finish techniques
- Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks
- Crane signals and rigging
What You Will Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- OSHA 30 Hour Preferred
- Experience leading a crew of 10-15
- Experience Running, Riding or walk behind Trawl Machines
Experience for installing 10,000+ Square foot slabs à hard trowel finish, broom finish, curing
- Experience effective pump/placing/vibrating concrete
- ACI Certified
- Leadership skills
Proven quality installation/knowledge with ACI Tolerances along with FF/FL performance.
- Tool/equipment management
- Quality / Customer service focused mindset
- Proven communicator, scheduler, Proactive Planner
- Candidates must have transportation
- Be willing to work within a 50 mile radius
- Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
