Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare certified facility
- HCHB experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Territory includes North Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Cloverdale
- Flexible to assist outside assigned territory as needed
