- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Master's degree required
- Professional certification required

Epping, New Hampshire offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel routes.
