Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Skilled nursing facility experience required.
Assignment Details
- Dress code: black scrubs.
- Must be present in the building during scheduled hours.
- Must follow facility policies and procedures.
- Productivity requirement: 90%.
