- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapist License

- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday
- Weekend or On-Call Requirement: None
- Coverage area includes Roanoke, Salem, Franklin County, Bedford County, and Craig County
