What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
- Must have credentials evaluated by one of these: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license.
What You'll Do:
- Provide physical therapy in a school-based setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
- Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday.
- Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
- Setting includes birth to age 3 home visits and ages 3-5 preschool.
- Candidates are paid for hours worked. No pay for school holidays or closings.
