Dental Hygienist – Littleton, CO | Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry

Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry is a long-standing, patient-focused practice serving South Denver since the late 1970s. Built on a reputation of trust, integrity, and quality care, our office continues to prioritize patient relationships over production. With modern technology and a strong moral foundation, we provide high-quality dentistry without over-treatment. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team.

Schedule
Full-time (4 days per week)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no lunch)

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
Take and interpret dental radiographs
Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the doctor
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Discuss and reinforce treatment plans
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements

Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to administer local anesthesia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
New graduates are welcome to apply
Experience and familiarity with Curve software is a plus

$58–$63 per hour (based on experience)
