Compensation: $23.90-$24.90/hr

Principal Accountabilities

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ensuring food safety and quality processes are being followed
Working with and assisting operations teams daily
Working with team members to ensure department cleanliness and housekeeping needs
Represent the department by reflecting Cargill’s core behaviors in your day-to-day actions as a leader in your department

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Work in a cold to warm environment
Ability to read and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies in English
Ability to write and document information on forms
Ability to audit documentation to determine compliance with determined criteria
Ability to audit processes to determine compliance with determined criteria
Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria
Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
Previous Lead experience
