Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
- Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, create treatment plans, and document in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising or delegating discipline-specific therapy services.
- Experience participating in student education and clinical mentorship.
- Familiarity with functional outcome measurement, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry processes.
