Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania state physical therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required (client-specific requirement).
- BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with functional treatment programs focused on return to community activities.
- Experience completing documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Prior experience participating in student education or precepting.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: MWTh 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10-hour shifts), T/F 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM with some flexibility.
- Duration: 13-week assignment with option to extend.
- Location: Outpatient clinic in Carlisle, PA. Candidate may be required to follow clinic float policies as needed.
