Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference)
- New graduates will not be considered. (Client requirement)
- First-time travelers will not be considered. (Client requirement)
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected. (Client requirement)
- Prior experience treating general outpatient diagnoses and post-operative patients across an age range from high school to retirement age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a full caseload in an outpatient clinic.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days.
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before being worked.
- Float to other clinics: no.
