Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assess and document patient oral health conditions
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
- Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Local anesthesia certification preferred (if applicable)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
