A program coordinator oversees programs and activities within the department ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. They must also coordinate with different departments to gather and analyze data, producing daily progress reports and documentation. Furthermore, as a clinical program coordinator, it is essential to lead and encourage the workforce to reach goals, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.
Additional Job Description
Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensed as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state. Two years of LPN experience required. The applicant should have some knowledge of complex medical terminology and advanced disease processes, strong interpersonal skills, ability to delegate to appropriate personnel, ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally, strong organizational skills, ability to rapidly prioritize/reprioritize, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work autonomously and in terms, critical-thinking skills, and ability to multi-task. Licensed as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
