Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist in Savannah, GA. Use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures and support high-acuity patient care in a hospital-based angiography/interventional lab. You will operate and maintain imaging equipment, monitor patients during procedures, and assist the clinical team with complex endovascular and interventional cases.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience with references.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification required.
- State radiologic technologist license in good standing.
- Experience in critical care infusion (gtt) management and Angio/IR procedures, including stroke and trauma care (client-specific requirement).
- ICU or Emergency Department experience required for patient population served.
- Certifications required by the facility: ACLS and BLS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IVUS, Shockwave, AngioJet, and JetStream devices preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC/Cupid documentation preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:00–17:30.
- Work schedule includes 4–10 hour shifts with call responsibilities.
- Patient ratio typically 1:1 in angiography/IR labs.
- Team model: multidisciplinary teams of approximately 3–4 persons (2 techs, 2 RNs ideal).

As an IR Technologist, you will contribute to a Level 1 Trauma Center and a Certified Stroke Center serving high-acuity patients.
