Minimum Qualifications
- ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist required.
- Must have Cath Lab hospital experience. (Client requires prior cath lab experience.)
- Willingness and ability to scrub and monitor for invasive cardiac procedures including angiogram and PCI; experience with complex cases (CTO, left main, PFO, device implant, PE thrombectomy, peripheral) preferred.
- Experience with STEMI coverage required.
- Familiarity with mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella, IABP) expected.
- Ability to perform monitoring/recording on MacLab; willing to train on MacLab use.
- Knowledge of cath lab supplies and ability to restock procedure rooms.
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. American Heart Association preferred.
- State licensure as required by Arizona.
Preferred Qualifications
- Structural heart procedural experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
- RCIS certification is not accepted by this client; ARRT is required.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0600–1630.
- On-call requirement: approximately 9–10 shifts per month and one weekend per month.
- Primary duties include scrubbing and monitoring procedures, sterile technique, device support, and room restocking.
- Must be able to provide STEMI coverage and use/support Impella and IABP devices.
