Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Virginia PT license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy and competence with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and development of functional treatment plans.
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor students or support clinical education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Additional certifications related to outpatient orthopedics or manual therapy are preferred.
