Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MA physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
- Experience with EMR systems; familiarity with Raintree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Productivity experience treating approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred.
- Experience working in a patient-centered outpatient clinic model preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule flexibility: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days; must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Must be willing to float to other facilities when requested.
