Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) as required by state practice standards.
- Active PA Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Ideally 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience. New graduates will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, write measurable goals, and document thoroughly in a timely manner per payer and clinic requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with functional, return-to-community treatment planning and safe patient handling practices.
- Experience mentoring or supervising students.
