Make a significant contribution as an experienced Director of Rehab in a full-time contract with a skilled nursing facility in Taylor, MI. You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and cultivate relationships with colleges of related professions. Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state license in the required discipline prior to first day.
- Previous Director of Rehab (DOR) experience in a skilled nursing facility setting required.
- Experience with PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model) required.
- SLP credential preferred.
- Experience supervising and recruiting therapy staff and developing clinical programs.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Onsite at a skilled nursing facility in Taylor, MI; candidate may be expected to coordinate coverage across units as needed.
