Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- No new graduates. Minimum clinical experience required in outpatient physical therapy.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Experience with outpatient documentation systems, functional goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising or delegating to discipline-specific therapy staff and participating in student clinical education.
- Experience with performance improvement initiatives and competency-based practice.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8.
- Position requires working 40 hours per week.
