Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist serving a long-term care facility in Miami, FL. Provide patient-centered care to help residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills. This role requires experience in long-term care and outpatient settings and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) settings is required.
- Outpatient (OP) experience is required.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with geriatrics and rehabilitation planning in skilled nursing environments.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
