Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with documentation systems common to skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Shift Hours: 08:00 to 16:30.
- Meal break: 30 minutes.
- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week.
- Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
