Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
- Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) of practice required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 21 years required.
- Home health experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
