Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire PT license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric populations and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Shift Hours: 08:00 to 16:30.
- Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
- May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
