Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Merced, CA. This role supports patients in a skilled nursing facility who are recovering from injuries, illnesses, or managing chronic conditions. You will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and independence while experiencing a new community.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, durable medical equipment, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs preferred.
