Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, including post-op knee, hip, and shoulder care, and management of low back/neck pain.
- Experience with modalities and equipment such as E-stim, ultrasound, Hivamat, laser, AlterG, or Vector preferred.
- Experience documenting in EPIC preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a professional work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manual therapy skills preferred.
- Experience treating post-op, chronic pain, adult orthopedic and neuro patients preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30–17:00.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Patient ratio: 1:1.
- Required certifications: BLS and state licensure.
- EMR: EPIC.
- Dress code: dark gray scrubs; open-toed shoes, denim, and sweatshirts are not acceptable.
