Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS/CPR certification required. Acceptable from AHA or ARC as specified by facility.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience required. Candidates without inpatient rehab experience will not be considered.
- Experience with Meditech EMR preferred; Meditech Expanse transition planned.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 4–6 patients per day.
- Ability to float to other rehab sites if census is low.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing skilled therapy interventions in an inpatient rehab unit.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in rehab settings.

- Shift hours: 0800–1630.
- Rotating weekends required.
- Caseload typically 4–6 patients per therapist.
