Join our travel Physical Therapist team in Tewksbury, MA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. Candidates will work with a varied caseload with productivity expectations and use the Raintree EMR.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MA physical therapy license required to start the assignment. State licensure in other states may be considered if applicable.
- Minimum of 3 months outpatient (OP) experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
- BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience using Raintree EMR preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with typical scheduling of two treatments per hour and one-hour evaluations.
- Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment start is required for new travelers. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior outpatient clinic workflow familiarity and experience with 2:1 or similar treatment models.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed and adapt to clinic scheduling practices.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800–1630.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule may include 4x10 options and requires openness to two evening shifts per week (until 7:30 PM).
- Guarantee: 40 hours per week.
- Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week; typical appointment cadence described above.
- EMR: Raintree.
