Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Master’s or Doctoral degree acceptable.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona is required to start the assignment.
- Proof of current CPR certification is required.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required.
- Minimum two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required.
- Experience providing occupational therapy in a home health environment is required.
- Experience evaluating and fabricating adaptive equipment and hand splints is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to assess ADL/IADL performance, functional mobility, ROM, strength, coordination, and cognitive-perceptual status.
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing as required in home-based care.

- Floating: Candidate must be able to travel locally and may be required to float to other service locations within the agency area.
