Position Overview- Full Time Dental Assistant
- Chair-side support across general dentistry procedures
- Eligible for performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities- Provide chair-side assistance to the General Dentist across a full schedule of patients
- Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms to Sage clinical standards
- Take X-rays, capture intraoral scans, and enter accurate treatment plans
- Present cases and educate patients on insurance benefits and next steps
- Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges; pack cord
- Support the office and provider team with daily operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications- Expanded functions / expanded duties / registered dental assistant credentials (state-dependent)
- Active radiography certification
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
