Must have a CDL Class A, in good standing with Department of Motor Vehicles, to operate the vehicles that the company uses. Should be capable of demonstrating the ability and skill to perform a variety of tasks necessary for the preparation for parts prior to and subsequent to heat-treating for delivery to and from customers. This may include the ability to maneuver the parts via forklift, stage and pack the parts in a manner for the efficient delivery and pick-up. Must demonstrate that they are a self-starter, and a team oriented individual who will have direct contact with our customers. May occasionally have an additional skill-set, such as being capable of making minor repairs to the vehicle itself or specialize and be capable of operating a particular furnace such as an induction operator or vacuum furnace.

$22-$25.00 per hour

Qualifications:

CDL-A with appropriate driving record
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write/fill-in routine deliver/pick-up reports and maintain the necessary state truck logs. Must also possess the ability to speak and write effectively simple sentences in the normal word order.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
