We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Parts Counter Person to join our growing Parts Department team.
Automotive parts experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry. This position plays a critical role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers, supporting service technicians, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure efficient workflow throughout the Service and Parts Departments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with automotive parts and accessories
- Supply parts to service technicians accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory
- Receive and stock incoming parts inventory
- Perform inventory counts and audits
- Assist with special orders and parts lookups
- Support efficient dealership workflow and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Automotive parts experience preferred but not required
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
