What Youâll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
Mechanical Surgery: Deep-diving into the guts of our fleet to diagnose and fix the "unfixable."
Hydraulic Heroics: Mastering the complex lifters and compactors that do the heavy lifting for the community.
Tech Wizardry: Using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to talk to the trucks' brains.
Shop Camaraderie: Working in a high-energy shop where the coffee is hot, the music is loud, and your teammates have your back.

What Weâre Looking For
A Grease Monkey with a Brain: You know your way around a diesel engine better than your own living room.
Tool Collector: Youâve got a toolbox thatâs your pride and joy.

CDL Aspirations: If you have a Class A or B, awesome! If not, weâll help you get the credentials to drive the beasts you build.
