As a Psychiatric ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized care to patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff.
- Provide direct patient care in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferably CPI certified (can be attained on site)
- Need 1 year experience in psychiatric setting
- Recent experience in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
