Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings post-clinicals.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Ability to complete required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start. Agency will be reimbursed after proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process).
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30.
- Schedule expectations: May include 4x10 options and must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30.
- Patient productivity typical: 55–63 patients per week; treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations one hour.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date).
- Must be willing to follow facility cancel/notice policies.
