Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must have experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer requirements.
- Experience with functional treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques preferred.
- Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using clinic-approved systems.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and mentor development as assigned preferred.
- Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
