Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Missouri state license or eligibility to start with a pending state license accepted.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working in outpatient therapy settings preferred, including one-on-one patient care and 60-minute evaluations.
- Experience treating primarily orthopedic and neurologic patient populations preferred.
- Experience with specialty programs such as pelvic health, lymphedema, LSVT, vestibular, or chronic pain is preferred.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital (outpatient therapy clinic within hospital system).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:00).
- Schedule Model: Therapists may choose five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days. (Client schedules 14 evaluations per week; remaining visits are treatments.)
- Chart review time included: twice daily 30 minutes for 8-hour days; three times daily 30 minutes for 10-hour days.
- Patient mix: approximately 70% orthopedic, 30% neurologic.
- Care delivery: one-on-one patient sessions; most treatments 30 minutes with some 45–60 minute treatments.
- On-call: Not required.
- Floating: Not required within scope; no floating to sister facilities.
- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week.
