Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required prior to start.
- Minimum experience providing outpatient physical therapy services. Previous experience evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans is required.
- Experience with functional treatment programs, patient and family education, and documentation of goals, quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity.
- Ability to complete accurate, timely medical record documentation and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Must be able to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students when assigned.
- Must be able to float to other clinic locations as required by the client.
- Preferred: Experience in outpatient clinic workflows and familiarity with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols.
