Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Vermont Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience providing care to medically complex or geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records preferred.
