Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, or equivalent degree (Master's or Doctoral acceptable).
- Current state Physical Therapist license in NV required prior to start of assignment.
- Proof of current CPR certification required.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
- Experience with durable medical equipment and ordering appropriate rehabilitative equipment required.
- Ability to perform home visits, including lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking; ability to work under some stressful conditions required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally required.
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
