Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in Jacksonville, FL.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Acute care experience is required. Candidates must have experience providing OT services in an acute hospital setting, including evaluation, treatment planning, and care coordination.
- Experience with common acute care protocols and equipment, such as transfers, splinting, safe patient handling, and discharge planning.
- Excellent clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical record systems preferred.
