Restoral Dental is opening a brand-new location in Lake Charles, LA and is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while working in a modern, fully digital environment with strong clinical support and mentorship available.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings potential: $180,000 – $400,000+ depending on experience and production
- Compensation structure: Guaranteed base salary or percentage of collections — whichever is higher

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Future option for Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree required
- Active Louisiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to all experience levels — new graduates encouraged to apply
- Interest in implants, extractions, and restorative dentistry
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow clinically
