Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active MA state Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
- New graduates not accepted.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Completion of assigned HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start is required. Agency will provide reimbursement as arranged by the client.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule requirements: Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:00 PM; clinic may offer 4x10 options.
- Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
- EMR: Raintree.
