Reporting to the Culinary Services Manager, you?ll take a hands-on approach in focusing on team development, culinary expertise, safety protocol, and client relations. Our Chef Manager will also play a key role in helping us meet budget requirements and execute company-delivered programs.

The Chef Manager role will take on a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing all foodservice operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, food quality, cost control, and regulatory compliance. The Chef Manager will manage everything from menu development and food production to staffing, scheduling, and training. They?ll also be responsible for maintaining rigorous sanitation, safety, and nutrition standards, ensuring full compliance with our company policies, OSHA requirements, and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Importantly, we want to make sure that our services are adaptable to meet the diverse needs of our resident populations, and this position will play a key role in that mission.
