Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead their Labor & Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to guide and support a team of healthcare professionals while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
As the L&D RN Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring that all staff are supported and that patient care is delivered with excellence. This role requires visibility during both day and evening shifts, with some weekend call duties every third weekend.
- Lead and manage the Labor & Delivery team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain a supportive and positive work environment for staff
- Need 10 years of experience in a leadership role
- Must have a background in Labor & Delivery
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications required
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records required
- National specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration preferred
