Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR/Surgical Technologist, with demonstrated experience in Neuro / Spine procedures (client requirement).
- Experience with OR environments and operating room equipment. Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred.
- Preferred: experience with Vascular, Da Vinci robotic systems, Orthopedic, or Maxillofacial surgical cases. These are preferred, not required.
- Ability to comply with facility dress code: ceil blue or royal blue scrubs; no fleece, hoods, t-shirts, sweatshirts, or nail polish.

- Weekend hours: on call; call requirements distributed by coordinator.
