Associate Dentist – Mentorship + Partnership Track

Family Dentistry of Lititz | Lititz, PA

Family Dentistry of Lititz is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is a full-time replacement role with strong earning potential, mentorship in advanced procedures, and a clear path to future partnership.

Highly trained clinical support team:
- 4 Hygienists
- 2 EFDAs (and growing)
- Dedicated front office team
PPO patient base only (no Medicaid/HMO)

Schedule

~30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Current hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Expanding to include Fridays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

30% of collections
50% of lab fees

Clinical Scope

You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures, including:

Restorative dentistry
Removable prosthetics
Cosmetic dentistry
Clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign-type cases)
Limited oral surgery
Endodontics
Periodontics
Dental implant restoration

Mentorship is available for dentists looking to expand their skills in advanced procedures.

Who We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania
Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates
Passion for patient-centered care and long-term relationships
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
